Job Description
Manufacturing Systems Engineer – Omagh (39.75 hour week). Join Terex to develop and improve manufacturing and production processes for crushing equipment.
Responsibilities
* Creation & maintenance of bill of materials for production & new product development.
* Processing production & engineering change orders.
* Processing machine specification changes.
* Maintenance of takt schedules.
* Execute the weekly machine configuration process.
* Production support to the manufacturing department.
* Assist in monthly sales & operations planning cycle.
* Create & maintain production schedules.
* Drive continuous improvement projects.
Qualifications
* Minimum HNC / HND Engineering qualification or equivalent on‑job experience.
* Working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems (Oracle) desirable.
* Competent with Microsoft packages.
* Experience with 3D modelling software advantageous.
* Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing.
* Excellent multi‑tasking & attention to detail.
* Ability to work under pressure and with deadlines.
* Good organisational and problem‑solving skills.
* Team‑work orientation.
