The Role
Lead and develop a team of up to 8 engineers and technicians.
Manage project delivery across a diverse portfolio, ensuring quality, financial performance, and timely completion.
Play a key role in office strategy, driving innovation and best practice.
Develop and maintain client and partner networks, contributing to business development.
Represent the business confidently in client meetings, offering clear and effective design solutions.
About You
Chartered Engineer (or actively working towards this at Principal Engineer level).
Experience leading teams on multi-disciplinary design projects.
Strong project management skills with knowledge of design programmes and project finances.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, able to inspire and bring out the best in others.
Collaborative, client-focused, and committed to continuous improvement.
