HR Advisor – Temporary
Location: Newbury (Office-based)
Rate: £14 – £18 per hour

About the Job:
A temporary opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor to support on generalist HR matters, with a strong emphasis on employee relations. This role is required for an initial two weeks, with the possibility of being extended to a month depending on workload.
Duties will include:
1. Providing day-to-day HR support and advice to managers and employees
2. Managing employee relations cases including disciplinary, grievance and performance issues
3. Advising on HR policies, processes and employment legislation
4. Preparing and updating HR documentation
5. Supporting with absence management and return-to-work processes
6. Ensuring accurate and timely record-keeping
About the Successful Applicant:
You will be a confident HR professional with hands-on experience in employee relations and case management. You’ll be comfortable working in a busy, office-based environment and able to build strong working relationships quickly. CIPD Level 3 or equivalent experience is desirable.
