Responsibilities
* Provide practical support to residents in accordance with individual care plans
* Assist with personal grooming, meals, and mobility as required
* Bring genuine kindness into every interaction, ensuring residents feel valued and comfortable
* Support the team to maintain a positive, family‑like atmosphere within the care home
Qualifications
* SVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care (or working towards it)
* Approximately six months of care experience (or transferable skills and a passion for helping others)
