What is a currency template?
This software implements strict banknote handling requirements in an Automated Teller Machine’s cash deposit module. Each country has unique requirements for currency identification (local and FOREX), detecting banknote damage, counterfeit notes, and sometimes passing a central bank certification. This is vital for NCR’s ability to sell banknote deposit and recycling hardware globally efficiently and competently.
Job Requirements
1. Project Planning and Management: Guide and coordinate projects, confirm requirements, resources, schedules, hardware, and performance, and work with developers to ensure successful delivery of bespoke software.
2. Technical Guidance & Support: Understand hardware and software for note handling, analyze errors and logs to identify root causes.
3. High communication skills: Adapt technical information for different audiences; act as the central communication hub among teams.
4. Project coordination: Manage multiple projects of varying complexity, focusing on meeting customer needs.
5. Work hours: May require weekend or extended hours to meet customer requirements.
