With ambitious growth plans across both our Manchester HQ and Austin office, we’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to join our high-performance team and help us find, attract, and hire world-class talent across all areas of the business.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and strategic Internal Talent Acquisition Manager to join us as we head into our most exciting phase of growth. In this role, you will lead hiring efforts across our Manchester and Austin offices, identifying and attracting top talent that aligns with our values and culture.
You will be provided with the resources and support to develop innovative sourcing strategies, forecast hiring needs, and create an exceptional candidate experience. Working closely with Leadership and Operations, you’ll help shape what ‘great’ looks like at Hubscale. All whilst surrounded by high-performance individuals, and a superb culture!
Key Responsibilities:
* Own end-to-end recruitment for all internal roles across sales, operations, leadership and executive search
* Partner with leadership to align hiring with strategic business goals across both offices
* Write compelling job descriptions that reflect our tone and attract high-calibre talent
* Build strong pipelines of future talent and engage proactively with passive candidates
* Deliver an exceptional candidate experience that reflects Hubscale’s values
* Manage and continuously improve our hiring processes, tools and reporting
* Act as a brand ambassador for Hubscale — representing our culture, standards and ambition
* Collaborate with Marketing and Ops on employer branding initiatives
Experience:
* 3+ years of recruitment experience (internal, agency, or embedded talent team)
* A sharp eye for quality and an ability to assess potential
* Confident communicator and natural relationship builder
* Strong organisational skills- comfortable juggling multiple roles across geographies
* Deep understanding of recruitment best practice and sourcing strategy
* Passionate about culture, candidate experience and scaling teams the right way
* Experience hiring in the US is a bonus, but not essential
