About this job
Brighter Futures Manager Brighter Futures, the charity for Great Western Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, is looking for an experienced and inspirational Fundraising Manager to help lead our growing charity and drive forward ambitious plans to enhance patient care across Swindon and Wiltshire.
This is a key role within our NHS corporate trustee charity, responsible for leading strategic fundraising activity, managing key income streams, and building strong relationships with donors, supporters and partners.
You will provide day‑to‑day leadership to an enthusiastic team who are still early in their fundraising careers, so we are looking for someone with significant fundraising experience, proven people‑management strength, and the ability to coach, mentor and develop staff to build capability and confidence.
If you are a skilled, collaborative fundraiser who thrives on bringing out the best in others and wants to make a meaningful difference to patients and staff, we’d love to hear from you.
