As a Process Assistant, your role is to ensure accuracy of stock movement between Booths, its stores and third‑party customers through timely receipting and charging of all goods using business systems and processes. Your responsibilities include:
* Deliver a high level of customer service by welcoming each customer warmly.
* Demonstrate the characteristics of Booths outlined in the Company Purpose.
* Respond to internal customer queries and complaints professionally, directing them to the relevant department in a timely manner.
* Ensure compliance with Company Procedures and legislation relating to Health & Safety and Food Hygiene.
* Maintain professional standards across all aspects of the role and present a smart, respectful, clean and professional image at all times.
* Adhere to all safe and legal practices and work in accordance with departmental Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and guidance notes.
* Be an active member of the Admin team, undertaking any other duties within the department as reasonably directed by the Supervisor and Management in the interest of customer service and efficiency.
* Complete stock takes, perform warehouse duties and carry out cleaning, especially at peak operational periods.
