Salary: £25,734 – £30,149
Reports to: Area manager

Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours per week
Location: Rushden

Role Responsibilities
1. Lead and motivate a team of paid staff and volunteers, including recruitment and development.
2. Manage store operations including merchandising, stock, standards, layout, sales, and income.
3. Provide excellent customer and supporter service by leading by example.
4. Maximise profit through cost control and sales strategies.
5. Build relationships with the community and colleagues.
6. Organise and run fundraising events to meet targets.
7. Ensure compliance with health and safety, safeguarding, security, and HR policies.
Candidate Skills
1. Experience in managing a diverse team.
2. Ability to work within targets and motivate others.
3. Multi-tasking in a lively environment.
4. Understanding of excellent customer service.
5. Commercial awareness and retail experience, especially in fashion retail, preferred.
6. Adaptability and independence.
7. Knowledge of item valuation.
