Due to continued growth, were now recruiting experienced Class 1 Drivers to join their expanding team on a full-time, permanent basis.
Shift Patterns Available MondayFriday: Start times between 03:00 and 23:00
TuesdaySaturday: Start times between 04:00 and 09:30
WednesdaySunday: Start times between 09:30 and 21:30
ThursdayMonday: Start times at 06:30 or 13:00
SaturdayWednesday: Start time 18:30
SundayTuesday: Start time 15:00
SundayWednesday: Start time 18:30
SundayThursday: Start times between 09:00 and 22:00
Rates of Pay MondayFriday (Days): £15.00 per hour
MondayFriday (Nights): £16.30 per hour
Saturday & Sunday (Days): £18.00 per hour
Saturday & Sunday (Nights): £18.50 per hour
Bank Holidays: £18.81 per hour
(All rates include meal allowance and tier payments)
The Role Based at a major logistics hub in Daventry, youll carry out a mix of store deliveries, trunking, and general haulage work using modern, well-maintained vehicles and equipment.
This is a dynamic position offering stability, variety, and the chance to be part of a team that values professionalism and safety at every stage.
Youll primarily work on behalf of our clients key retail partners, while also supporting their wider UK logistics network when required.
What Youll Need Minimum 6 months Class 1 (C+E) driving experience
Valid HGV 1/C+E Licence, DCPC, and Tacho Card
No more than 6 penalty points, with no DD/DR code convictions
Strong understanding of Drivers Hours and WTD legislation
Ability to complete vehicle safety checks and report defects correctly
Commitment to health and safety compliance on-site and on the road
Excellent communication skills and a professional attitude
