The Role
8. Lead and deliver projects across all RIBA work stages
9. Develop creative design solutions and produce high-quality technical packages
10. Coordinate with clients, consultants, and multidisciplinary teams throughout the project lifecycle
11. Manage project programmes and ensure successful project delivery
12. Utilise Revit on a daily basis, alongside other design software where required
13. Contribute to the continued growth and success of the practice through collaborative working and design excellence
Requirements
14. ARB-registered Architect with post-qualification experience
15. Proven experience leading projects through multiple RIBA stages
16. Strong design, technical detailing, and project coordination skills
17. Proficiency in Revit is essential
18. Excellent communication and client-facing abilities
19. Organised, proactive, and committed to delivering high-quality work
20. A genuine enthusiasm for architecture and ongoing professional development
