What will you be doing?
* You will be working within the in-house legal team
* Assisting with legal workloads; reviewing and drafting agreements such as basic non-disclosure consultancy agreements
* Carrying out legal research
* Attending committee meetings and taking minutes when needed
* Assisting the senior team members with their workload; project work, corporate governance, corporate structuring & execution

What you’ll need:
* A Law degree with LLB Hons 2:1 or above
* An interest in becoming a Commercial Lawyer in the energy sector
* Experience working in a corporate environment
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Schedule:
* 8 hour shift
* Day shift
* Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
* Ellesmere Port, CH65 4HB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Education:
* Bachelor's (preferred)
Experience:
* Paralegal: 1 year (preferred)
