* Develop a team of qualified Executives and part-qualified Associates
* Support Partners with the continued expansion of their network in the Midlands
Qualifications
* ACA qualified, or equivalent
* Proven track record of leading on sell-side transactions
* Team management experience
* Comfortable building relationships with business owners and the Midlands business community
