About the team: At Vintage Cash Cow, our Watches Team plays a vital role in both the buying and selling services we provide. Supporting the Appraisals team to identify unusual and high value pieces, providing accurate valuations to offer our customers. Later in our process the Watch team will create auction, ebay and trade listings, using their knowledge to bring the products alive, helping to sell our stock to worldwide buyers. About the role: As the Watches Team Leader, you’ll ensure the smooth running, performance, and development of your team. You’ll take responsibility for quality checks, training, performance management, and people development, while also supporting continuous improvement across the department. Your leadership will be instrumental in creating a high-performance culture, ensuring department quality, accuracy, and productivity. This role requires a strong communicator and organiser, someone resilient and passionate about developing people while balancing day-to-day operational demands.
