Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 hours per day

The Role
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Advisor to join our team. You will be responsible for helping customers find the right swimming pool equipment and providing excellent service both over the phone/online & in-store.
Key Responsibilities
* Assisting customers with product enquiries and providing expert advice
* Selling swimming pool equipment and related products
* Processing orders and handling customer transactions
* Maintaining product knowledge to confidently advise customers
* Supporting general day-to-day operations of the business
* Building strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
What We’re Looking For
* Previous sales or customer service experience (preferred but not essential)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
