We’re looking for a compassionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils with additional needs in a welcoming and supportive school. This role is perfect for someone with real empathy and a genuine passion for SEND, someone who believes every child deserves patience, encouragement, and the chance to succeed.

What your day might look like
No two days are the same, but you’ll be:
• Supporting pupils with special educational needs, including autism, ADHD, or learning differences
• Providing 1:1 or small group support to help children access learning
• Working closely with teachers, SENCOs, and support staff
• Helping create a calm, safe, and encouraging classroom environment
• Celebrating every breakthrough, big or small

• Has experience supporting children or young people with additional needs (school or care settings welcome)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
