Location: Covering site in South and Midlands
Pay: £16.30/hour
Hours: Permanent/full-time 35 hours per week
Shifts: Between 07:00 and 17:00 – enjoy your free evenings!
We’re hiring a Mobile Chef to join our passionate team at HMP Parc working across our sites in the South and Midlands. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your culinary career with a world-leading organisation that values work-life balance.
You MUST be flexible and have your own reliable transportation.
What You'll Do
* Work with a team of chefs and enhanced inmates to prepare and cook meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
* Mentor and supervise enhanced inmates with food preparation and cooking meals.
* Follow recipes and maintain accurate kitchen records
* Assist with stock checks, orders, and deep cleans
What We're Looking For
* Must have resided in the UK for the past 5 years and have a legal right to work in the UK.
* Must be able to pass full security vetting and DBS checks.
* Previous cheffing experience
* Flexibility and have your own reliable transportation with business insurance.
