About the Role:
As the school’s HLTA, you will:
1. Deliver small-group and whole-class learning under the direction of the class teacher
2. Support teaching and learning across a range of year groups
3. Lead interventions to help pupils progress academically
4. Build strong, positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
5. Contribute to a nurturing and inclusive school environment
6. Support with planning and assessing where appropriate
What You’ll Bring:
7. HLTA qualification or substantial TA experience with the ability to lead learning
8. Confidence stepping into class cover when needed
9. Strong communication and behaviour management skills
