This role is a HYBRID and full-time position.
We oversee and increase revenue performance of a portfolio of 15‑20 clients, delivering exceptional client service and liaising with internal teams to ensure KPIs are consistently met.
About you?
You will have 2+ years of experience working in a Sales/Customer Success role. Experience in Marketing/lead generation is a bonus. You have a passion for building strong and long‑term relationships with clients, along with meeting the commercial goals of the business.
What’s required from you?
* Work closely with Management & team leads to drive client performance, identify upsell opportunities, and coordinate efforts on critical accounts to reduce churn
* Be fully accountable for your portfolio’s revenue performance
* Be the driving force behind new processes, while providing insights and feedback on improvements
* Main stakeholder in improving processes, collaboration and communication between sales, service and CS
* Work with Head of Client Success on long‑term projects to help drive overall business growth
* Communicate effectively with your team on overall business changes and new procedures
* Continue to manage key accounts until you have developed within the role to an effective level, and the team has scaled to a size where your sole focus can be on leadership/management of the function
* Track, manage and improve KPIs around client set up times, churn rates
* Present client performance and KPI trends
