Sous Chef
As a Sous Chef at the Plough Inn Eynsford you will lead a kitchen section, working closely with the Head Chef to train and inspire your team, maintain high food standards and ensure health and hygiene regulations are met. You will support the Head Chef with food ordering, preparation, stock control and the execution of our branded menu.
