An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join my clients team in their Stockport offices on a hybrid basis. The Role: The successful applicant will manage their own case load of residential conveyancing transactions and be supported by an experienced assistant and a collaborative team. Applicants must have at least 5 years’ experience handling all common types of Residential Conveyancing property transactions but in particular: Sales, Purchases, Transfer of Equity and Re-Mortgages. This is a varied role to ensure the smooth running of transactions.
