What you’ll do:
Respond to landlord queries via phone, email, live chat, video calls and online forums, providing clear, consistent and accurate advice on the private rental sector.
Log all interactions for future reference, ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
Achieve and maintain high standards of performance, meeting KPIs such as call answer rates and customer satisfaction metrics.
Actively listen to members and provide practical, solution-focused guidance.
Signpost landlords to additional resources or third-party services and training where appropriate.Additonal Information:
Annual leave: 25 days, increasing to 26 after 3 years’ service, and 27 after 5 years.
