About the Role:We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Finance Analyst to join a dynamic team in South Harrow. As a Finance Analyst, you will play a crucial role in our organisation by analysing financial data to guide business decisions. Your responsibilities will include preparing financial reports, conducting bank reconciliations, managing invoicing processes, and utilising financial software for analysis.Key Responsibilities:
1. Perform bank reconciliations to ensure the accuracy andpleteness of financial records.
2. Manage invoicing processes, including the preparation and distribution of invoices.
3. Utilise Sage 50 for financial reporting and analysis.
4. Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
5. Collaborate with other departments to gather and analyse relevant data.
6. Ensurepliance with financial regulations and standards.
7. Support the finance team with ad-hoc analysis and projects.
Requirements:
8. Proven experience as a Finance Analyst or similar role.
9. Proficiency in Sage 50.
10. Confident and strong understanding of bank reconciliations and invoicing processes.
11. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modelling.
12. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
13. Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
14. Strongmunication and interpersonal skills.
15. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
16. Knowledge of financial regulations and standards.
17. A Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
