SEN Teacher – Watford Location: Watford area Salary: £28,000-£52,000 Contract Type: Full-Time Start Date: ASAP About the Role: Supply Desk are seeking a passionate and dedicated SEN Teacher to join a supportive and inclusive team. The successful candidate will deliver engaging and personalised learning to pupils with a range of additional needs, helping them achieve their full potential academically, socially, and emotionally. Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver differentiated lessons tailored to individual learning needs. Support pupils with a variety of SEN, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, speech and language needs, and learning difficulties. Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment. Monitor progress and maintain accurate records in line with EHCP targets. Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, therapists, parents and external professionals. Promote positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing. Adapt teaching strategies to support engagement and achievement. The Ideal Candidate Will Have: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS or equivalent). Experience working with children or young people with SEN. Strong understanding of EHCPs and differentiated learning approaches. Excellent communication and behaviour management skills.
