The Role:
Our Assistant Stylists are essential to the success of our Pets Grooming salons. You will provide high standards of pet care, demonstrating basic technical skills related to dog grooming, including handling techniques, equipment use, and pre-grooming preparation.
We will provide training, skills, and knowledge to help you deliver service aligned with our goal of being the 'Best Pet Care Business in the World'. We offer a competitive base salary, comprehensive training, development opportunities, including Earn as You Learn programmes, and additional pay enhancements for skill development.
We are looking for individuals who:
* Are passionate about delivering excellent service.
* Are flexible to work a shift pattern across 6 days a week, with Sundays off. The minimum contract is 39 hours, but additional hours may be required during busy periods, absences, or holidays.
* Have experience working with or handling dogs in a professional grooming or pet care environment (desirable but not essential). Please note that bathing and prepping your own dog does not count as professional experience.
* Have experience working in a customer-facing environment (preferred).
