Simply Education is proud to be working with a well-established nursery located on the outskirts of Boston, currently seeking a committed and experienced Childcare Practitioner for a permanent full-time role.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a nurturing, Level 3 qualified practitioner to join a supportive and welcoming team, dedicated to providing a safe and stimulating environment for young children to thrive.
Key Details:
* Position: Childcare Practitioner (Permanent)
* Location: Outskirts of Boston, Lincolnshire
* Hours: Full-time, on a rotating shift pattern between 7:00am and 6:00pm
* Salary: £24,000 - £25,000 per year (dependent on experience and qualifications)
* Start Date: ASAP
What We're Looking For:
* A Level 3 qualification (or above) in Early Years or Childcare
* Experience working in a nursery or early years setting
* A warm, reliable, and professional attitude
* The ability to work flexibly across shift patterns
* A passion for creating engaging, child-centred learning experiences
