We're on the lookout for a driven, detail-oriented Orchard Assistant Manager to lead at Sorrento Orchard, located in Hastings. What you’ll be doing: As an Assistant Manager you will assist in every aspect of running and maintaining the orchard from optimising efficiencies through to motivating and coaching the team to get the best results. You’ll be hands-on in daily operations, working closely with experienced professionals in a collaborative and growth-focused environment.
