Day to day, the role combines high-quality teaching with practical delivery in a performance setting, so you’ll be supported to plan well, stay organised and keep learners motivated and progressing. You’ll work closely with the Curriculum Manager and colleagues through course team meetings, shared resources and regular review of learner progress, with coaching and professional development to help you build confidence and impact. You’ll collaborate with academy staff to align standards, enrich learning activities and ensure students benefit from a clear pathway between education and the performance game.
