About the Job We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support IT Projects across our client’s Marketing, Admissions and Communications business functions. Experience Proven experience managing or supporting global projects within a matrix or multinational environment Experience in marketing technology or digital platform implementations incl. API integrations (e.g., CMS, CRM, social media tools) Strong track record of supporting change initiatives, preferably alongside a Change Manager or Transformation Lead Familiarity with social media operations, platforms, and performance metrics is advantageous Skills & Competencies Strong organizational and project coordination skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple workstreams Risk and issue management mindset, with the ability to anticipate blockers and drive resolution Skilled in using project tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, MS Project Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills across different time zones and cultures Strong communication skills - able to convey complex information clearly in both verbal and written formats Right to Work Applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK. Location The role is hybrid with a requirement to be at the client site twice a week (London). Rate The day rate is up to £600 outside IR35 depending on experience Duration Initial 6 months
