Role: Account Executive
Location: London 2x a week
Salary: £260,000+ OTE
A rapidly growing global fintech SaaS company is expanding in the UK and EMEA to help leading financial institutions tackle fraud, risk, and compliance challenges.
We’re looking for a Strategic Account Executive to drive enterprise growth across key accounts and establish the platform as a leader in financial risk and compliance solutions. You’ll be responsible for winning new enterprise logos across financial services, focusing on transformational deals in the £200k–£500k+ range.
You’ll lead the full enterprise sales cycle from market mapping and senior stakeholder engagement through to negotiation and deal closure. This is a highly strategic role, where your ability to influence C-level executives and navigate complex buying groups will directly fuel growth across the region.
Key Responsibilities of the Account Executive:
1. Drive growth in the fintech and banking sectors by achieving ambitious sales targets and expanding market share.
2. Build and nurture relationships with senior executives and technology partners to position the platform as a trusted, strategic partner.
3. Identify and engage high-potential companies, using data-driven prospecting and stakeholder mapping.
4. Develop and execute strategic account plans to strengthen presence across the UK and EMEA regions.
5. Communicate effectively and strategically, translating complex technical and commercial details for senior stakeholders.
Key Requirements of the Account Executive:
1. 4+ years of SaaS sales experience in quota-carrying roles, ideally within enterprise fintech or compliance technology.
2. Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills, especially with senior executives.
3. Proven consultative sales experience, ideally familiar with methodologies such as MEDDPICC.
4. Entrepreneurial mindset – resourceful, self-motivated, and able to adapt global strategies for local markets.
5. Collaborative team player with cross-functional experience and willingness to travel across the EU/EMEA.
6. Startup background is a must

The team are offering £130,000 + double OTE for the right candidate. This is a hybrid role with 2 days a week in the London office.
