Responsibilities
The Business Support Manager will focus on day‑to‑day business management of the services delivered by the Trust, including performance and contractual management, involvement in business opportunities processes, and undertaking internal and external business liaison activities.
Specific duties include:
* Contributing to the production and negotiation of contracts, agreeing and implementing contract performance and monitoring activities, and escalating under‑delivery where appropriate.
* Coordinating and communicating with internal and external stakeholders, including departments such as Finance, Quality, Performance, and Information.
* Supporting the development and implementation of the Trust performance‑management framework.
* Working with colleagues across operational service areas to review, improve performance and produce timely, accurate reports.
* Supporting the wider Business Services team with regular and ad‑hoc activities as required.
