Grounds Maintenance Surveyor

Choice is seeking to recruit a Grounds Maintenance Surveyor. You will manage the annual £1.5 million budget for grounds‑maintenance covering multiple schemes and sites across Northern Ireland. You’ll combine hands‑on inspections with data‑driven contract management to create green, biodiverse and welcoming spaces for 14,000 tenants. Reporting to the Head of Facilities Management, you’ll be our go‑to expert on all things horticulture and hard landscaping—shaping strategy, driving sustainability targets and developing an attractive, well maintained environment for our residents every day. This role is a blend of technical surveying, contract management, stakeholder engagement and strategic planning.
