TPL Talent Solutions is partnering with a niche property consultancy to identify a Ratings Director. This strategic hire will add to the successful team.
Responsibilities will include:
* Growing existing caseloads across trading properties (hotels of particular interest).
* Leading and reviewing own cases across an array of instructions.
To be considered you WILL:
* Hold a full driving license.
* Have the ability to work with autonomy.
* Be comfortable with Depreciated Replacement Cost (DRC) or Trade Valuation
* Preferably a RICS Registered Valuer & MRICS
