Hours: Full time 35 hours per week
Location: Stratford, London. Office-based with high flexibility (1-2 days per week in the office) or Home based. Note there will be travel to Oxford 1 day month until March.

We're looking for a strategic and operational expert to champion process excellence across Supporter Engagement. You'll be the voice of the team in cross-functional initiatives, shaping how we work and how we deliver exceptional experiences to our supporters.
What will I be doing?
* Responsible for ensuring process requirements for Supporter Engagement teams are delivered through the migration from Siebel to Salesforce, Event Management, Order Management and Volunteer Management systems.
* Represent Supporter Engagement in strategic projects across Cancer Research UK, ensuring changes enhance productivity, service quality, and supporter experience.
* Own and evolve business processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and deliver seamless supporter journeys.
* Identify and implement innovative process improvements, drawing on best practices from inside and outside the organisation.
* Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to shape solutions from the ground up.
* Influence and support strategic planning as part of the leadership team.
* Lead cross-departmental change projects with measurable outcomes.
* Use insight and analysis to inform decisions and track the impact of improvements.
* Support the costing and development of new and existing services to ensure they are efficient, cost-effective, and deliver outstanding supporter experiences.
* Ensure all services are compliant and aligned with regulatory requirements.

* Proven experience in project and change management within matrix structures.

* Confident decision-maker with a knack for simplifying complex information to a wide range of audiences.
* Skilled in process mapping and continuous improvement.
* Excellent communicator with a pragmatic, solutions-focused mindset.
* Sound understanding of regulatory requirements in supporter engagement.
