Junior Vehicle Technician – Family Run Garage, Hawkhurst
We are recruiting for a Junior Vehicle Technician / Trainee Mechanic / Apprentice Technician to join a well-established, family-run independent garage in Hawkhurst.

Key Responsibilities
* Assist with servicing, maintenance, and repairs of vehicles
* Support qualified technicians with mechanical and diagnostic work
* Carry out basic workshop duties under supervision
* Learn to use diagnostic equipment and workshop tools
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workshop environment
* Follow health and safety procedures at all times
* Develop skills through structured on-the-job training
Requirements
* Interest in becoming a Vehicle Technician / Mechanic
* Basic mechanical understanding or automotive training (preferred but not essential)
* Willingness to learn and develop new skills
* Strong work ethic and positive attitude
* Ability to work well within a small team
* Full UK driving licence (preferred but not essential at junior level)
