The Opportunity
We are looking to recruit an experienced Equity Incentives Senior Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in equity incentives and share plans, gained within consultancy, legal firms and/or large global corporates. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a broad range of clients and help deliver high‑quality, commercially focused solutions.
Key responsibilities
* Deliver equity incentives and share plan solutions to clients across a wide variety of industry sectors.
* Stay up to date with technical, functional, and industry knowledge — and actively share this expertise with the wider team.
* Support business development efforts by contributing to proposals and presenting to potential clients.
* Lead the successful delivery of technically complex and challenging consulting projects, ensuring both technical excellence and a pragmatic, business‑driven approach.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships, helping to win and sustain client confidence.
* Identify opportunities for new work and support the growth of client accounts.
* Proactively recognise and manage potential issues or risks during client assignments.
* Structure and manage projects or programmes that meet and exceed client expectations.
Skills and Attributes for Success

* Significant experience in equity incentives/share plans gained in consultancy, legal, or large corporate environments.
* Strong personal impact and resilience, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels.
* Demonstrated business development skills, including identifying and converting opportunities.
