About You
To be considered for this position you must have:
Have recent experience as a Learning Support Assistant / Teaching Assistant or a similar role or have a relevant life experience and passion for working with students aged 7+
Have knowledge, or willingness to learn of the National Curriculum and additional support needs
Have experience of working with children/young people of relevant age in a learning environment or relevant work experience with transferable skills
Have good communication skills written and verbal
Set an example of positive personal integrity and professionalism, with positive, appropriate and effective communications and relationships at all levels
Ensure high standards are maintained, progressed and promoted in all areas of work
