Senior AV Engineer Do you have the skills to transform luxury homes into smart, immersive environments? We're looking for a Senior AV Engineer with hands on experience in home automation, cinema rooms, and integrated AV systems to deliver cutting-edge projects in some of the UK's most prestigious properties. The Role As a Senior AV Engineer, you'll take the lead on delivering high spec AV and smart home installations, ensuring flawless performance, sleek integration, and world-class client experiences. You'll be responsible for both installation and servicing, making sure systems perform to the highest standard long after handover. Your role will include: Installing and commissioning home cinemas, distributed audio, and video systems Programming and servicing home automation systems (Control4, Lutron, Crestron, Savant) Rack building and wiring to the highest industry standards Precision cable termination and system integration Integrating lighting, blinds, and shading into AV/Control systems Troubleshooting, fault-finding, and providing ongoing maintenance support Collaborating with designers, project managers, and fellow engineers to deliver exceptional results About You Proven experience installing and servicing home automation systems in luxury residential projects Ideally Control4 and/or Lutron certified (other controls experience highly desirable: Crestron, Savant) Strong rack build and cable termination skills Skilled in system programming and commissioning A problem-solver with strong technical acumen and attention to detail Able to liaise confidently with high-end clients and contractors Full UK driving licence What's In It For You? £35,000 - £45,000 salary (depending on experience) Paid overtime at enhanced rates Company van fuel card Mobile, laptop & uniform provided 5 weeks' holiday (including Christmas allocation) Pension scheme Ongoing training & certification support (Control4, Lutron, Crestron, Savant, etc.) Exciting projects in some of the UK's most prestigious homes A collaborative, supportive team environment How to Apply If you're a talented AV Engineer looking to take on high-end residential projects and showcase your expertise in home automation and luxury AV, apply today with your CV.
