A leading global organisation in the quick-service restaurant sector is looking for a Franchise Finance Manager to support financial strategy and partner performance across several international markets. With a long-established global presence and a strong network of partners, the business is focused on delivering outstanding customer experiences while maintaining strong financial performance across its operations.
This role will play a key part in monitoring franchise financial health, managing financial risk, and supporting strategic initiatives across multiple countries. You will work closely with senior finance leaders and international stakeholders to ensure franchise partners remain financially stable, compliant, and positioned for sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities Lead debt management and risk mitigation, working with finance teams to monitor aged debt and implement recovery strategies.
Analyse franchise partner financial performance, including cash flow, profitability, and forecasts.
Conduct structured financial reviews with key partners, identifying risks and recommending improvement strategies.
Ensure compliance with financial health reporting and governance requirements .
Support franchise transformation initiatives, including financial due diligence for new partners or ownership transitions.
Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders across finance and franchising teams.
Requirements Strong financial analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and turn insights into actions.
Experience working in franchise or multi-unit business models is highly desirable.
If franchise experience is not present, candidates must have worked within a large retail organisation operating multiple store locations across Europe .
Proven experience managing financial risk, aged debt, or partner performance .
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills, with experience in reporting or data visualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced international environment across multiple markets and time zones.
Preferred Background 6+ years' experience in Finance, ideally within retail, hospitality, or multi-site consumer businesses .
Experience supporting multi-country financial operations .
Degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related discipline .
