Base pay range
Employer: Kids
Contract: 18 hours per week
Work Pattern: Flexible hours to include afterschool and school holidays - can be discussed at interview
Location: Hybrid - a mixture of remote working and sessions based in Lincoln
Salary: £11,806.50 per year for EIGHTEEN HOURS (£23,613 FTE)
Essential Requirement: Driver's Licence

Key Responsibilities:
1. Design, implement, and assess Kids Wellbeing Support Groups and Adventure Activity Programmes for children and young individuals with disabilities.
2. Promote awareness and engagement within the community through outreach efforts.
3. Build supportive relationships with service users and their families, ensuring their needs are met and their voices are heard.
4. Coordinate and lead group activities fostering growth, development, and enjoyment.
5. Provide leadership, guidance, and support to team members at all levels, fostering a positive environment.
6. Advocate for active participation of children and young people in decision-making processes affecting their lives.
7. Uphold safeguarding standards for all young people and colleagues, prioritizing their well-being and security.
