JOB PURPOSE
To deliver planned and reactive refrigeration maintenance services across commercial client sites in and around Preston, ensuring compliance, safety, and service excellence.
KEY DUTIES
* Conduct planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs.
* Diagnose faults and carry out effective repairs.
* Communicate effectively with management and client representatives.
* Ensure all works meet required safety and quality standards.
* Maintain company vehicle and equipment responsibly.
* Complete digital reports and service documentation.
* Participate in standby/on-call rota.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Maintain professional standards on client sites.
* Promote a safety-first culture at all times.
* Work collaboratively with engineering colleagues.
* Meet service-level agreements and KPIs.
* Demonstrate flexibility across Lancashire-based sites.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
* Strong refrigeration maintenance background.
* Valid F-Gas 2079 certification.
* Knowledge of commercial refrigeration systems.
* Full UK driving licence.
* Ability to work independently and manage workload.
* Strong communication and customer-facing skills.
* CO2 refrigeration experience beneficial.
* Experience using digital job systems preferred. xkybehq
