Role and Responsibilities
* Promote the learning and welfare of students by providing practical and learning support, including to students with statements of special educational needs, under the direction of the class teacher.
* Work as part of a team within the Outwood Grange Academies Trust to create a high-quality learning environment that inspires and motivates students.

* Willingness to contribute to a culture where students are cared for and can achieve success.
