A well-established and respected regional law firm is seeking a highly experienced Commercial Property Lawyer (10+ years' PQE) to join its dynamic team based in Winchester. This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior lawyer looking to take on a leadership role within a growing, forward-thinking practice known for its high-quality work and supportive culture.
The Role
You will be involved in a broad range of commercial property matters, including:
* Freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals
* Commercial leases acting for both landlords and tenants
* Development projects and land acquisitions
* Secured lending and property finance
As a senior member of the team, you'll also play a key role in mentoring junior lawyers, supporting business development efforts, and helping shape the strategic growth of the department.
The Ideal Candidate
* Qualified Lawyer with 10+ years' PQE in commercial property
* Strong experience across the full spectrum of property transactions
* Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
* Leadership experience and interest in mentoring junior team members
* Commercially astute and confident managing complex transactions independently
