The Opportunity
Driven by sustained demand, we are seeking a Legal Executive to join our esteemed legal team. You'll become part of a diverse team of over 100 professionals who share a deep commitment to client care. We offer flexible working arrangements, including part-time and full-time options, to accommodate varying schedules.

Main responsibilities will include:
o Legal Administration
o Maintaining an updated filing system
o Creating and updating client files on case management systems
o File preparation and allocation of files to fee earners
o Money laundering and ID verification checks
o Customer Service
o Responding to telephone and email enquiries
o Liaising with clients and other solicitors with occasional face-to-face meetings
o Legal correspondence
o Producing formal documents including contracts, letters, faxes, email messages and all other relevant correspondence (i.e. LBTT forms, registration of deeds, redemptions statements, etc.)
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and experiences:
· Previous administration or secretarial experience
· Methodical and organised approach with careful attention to detail
· Proficiency in all Microsoft packages, including Word, Excel and Outlook
· Experience in LawWare or other Case Management systems is desirable but not essential
· Impeccable verbal and written communication
· Ability to thrive in a busy, fast-moving, target-driven team environment
· Strong initiative with natural problem-solving ability

Salary will be negotiable dependent on experience.
Core working hours will be Monday to Friday 9:00am - 5.30pm, but some flexibility may be available for the right candidate.
