Job Purpose: This role is critical for the Data engineering and operations team as it ensures continuity and responsiveness in BAU (Business-as-Usual) activities and resolutions, while also enhancing the team's technical capability for proactive monitoring and issue resolution without impacting the project capacity. As the data team continues to expand functionalities within Janus and integrate AI-driven features, there is a growing need for in-house support with hands-on knowledge of BAU processes, regular monitoring, and resolution workflows on immediate basis without impacting key project capacity. Their consistent contributions to Janus support will highlight their potential to take on broader responsibilities in all the areas in data operations, data engineering activities. Over time, this role will evolve into supporting AI-related initiatives, aligning with the platform’s growth and the wider data strategy including dashboard maintenance and BAU support across data platform teams. There’s a real need to train and mentor junior and less established members of the team. The role needs a resource that can bridge the gap between tech teams and senior stakeholders when solving critical Production issue. Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities: To lead/manage/coordinate ongoing P1/P2/P3 incidents, Problems, ongoing CRs triage and ensuring accurate updates of these tickets regularly. Ability to be able to engage with senior stakeholders by communicating issues and solving critical Production downtime issues within SLAs. To review CRs ensure necessary test docs attached, chase/reassign tickets that needs closing, updating etc. help in bridging knowledge gap between Innovate and Profusion. Use of Jira and Service Now to distribute tasks ownership manage resource assignments. Deep dive into Datawarehouse to answer light queries from non-technical business clientele. Search various systems/API logs for reported errors. Check Morning Dashboards for API, System Services, ETL, various Report related errors. Experience with troubleshooting ETL process written in Python to provide support and to build. inhouse tool using Python programming to boost support productivity.
