We are looking for a Contract Agile Delivery Lead to join on a 6-12 month contract, £380-£430 day rate.
What you'll bring to the table:
* Leading Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, sprint reviews, daily scrums, and retrospectives, Optimising backlog and throughput
* Resolving risks, issues, interdependencies and managing external relationships on behalf of the delivery teams
* Creating a harmonious environment, managing conflict quickly and appropriately, creating a trusting and co-operative environment
* Review business, technical and operational requirements and related information to ensure quality inputs to enable effective designs and builds can be tested and implemented
* Estimate and co-ordinate releases with product release management, project managers and business stakeholders aligning to project timescales, release calendars and stakeholder needs
* Continually improve agile and scrum methodology and its implementation to provide high quality and highly efficient delivery
* Reporting to senior stakeholders - strong communication is key for this role.
* Working with other Delivery roles to find improvements in ways of working across the whole gateway forms team
