Job Duties:
* Plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons to Key Stage 1 students
* Assess and monitor student progress and provide feedback
* Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
* Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support student development
* Participate in staff meetings and professional development activities
* Ensure compliance with school policies and procedures
Required Qualifications:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Knowledge of the Key Stage 1 curriculum
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Education or relevant field
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a primary school setting
Knowledge and Skills:
* Understanding of child development and pedagogical approaches
* Ability to use technology in the classroom
* Evaluation and assessment skills
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience working with students with special educational needs
Working Conditions:
This role involves working in a school setting during regular school hours. Occasional attendance at evening events or meetings may be required.
