Role: Multiskilled Engineer Location: Deeside, CH5 Salary: circa £40,000 Working Hours: Days, Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours Benefits Package: Private Health Insurance, Life Assurance, Enhanced Annual Leave, Enhanced Pension Contributions The Opportunity: Due to continued growth, Reacta Healthcare are looking to recruit a Multiskilled Engineer. As part of the engineering team, the Engineer is responsible for undertaking maintenance, calibration, repair, and continual development of equipment within the scope of the Engineering Department with due regard to all relevant regulations, guidelines and practices. Key Accountabilities Support and determine the correct course of action during reactive and planned maintenance activities. Provide technical support to the production team to ensure correct decisions are made to reduce any risk to manufacturing activities. Fault finding and repair. Conduct all activities in line with current Standard Operating Procedures. Carry out route cause analysis of plant downtime as required, embedding a robust improvement philosophy. Accurately complete all relevant operational documentation to a high standard as required. Refurbish spare parts and other components. Manage and support contractors during equipment install and infrastructure builds. Deliver greater plant reliability through effective engineering practices, always aiming for sustainable greater uptime and reliability of plant and equipment. Essential Skills, Qualifications and Experience Ability to perform Engineering and Maintenance activities to a high standard on utilities and process equipment. Full time served engineering apprenticeship, or equivalent qualifications. Electrical/Mechanical engineer with extensive post apprenticeship experience in an Engineering role Production Engineering experience Formal qualifications for statutory requirements such as B&P, L8 17 th ED Desirable Skills and Experience Previous pharmaceutical engineering experience is desirable Reacta Healthcare are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace where everyone feels valued and respected.
