The school are seeking a highly motivated, passionate, and innovative SEN Teacher who is committed to inclusive education and trauma-informed practice.
About the Role
As a Class Teacher, you will:
* Support the communication, learning, and wellbeing of autistic pupils in Key Stage 2 or 3
* Deliver inclusive, high-quality teaching to small groups, tailored to individual learning and sensory needs
* Plan and deliver a creative curriculum inspired by the International Baccalaureate and trauma-informed practice
* Lead on the development and review of EHCPs, including setting goals and tracking progress
* Work closely with families, teaching assistants, and therapists to provide holistic, joined-up support
* Contribute to a reflective, supportive school culture rooted in the ethos of “enabling the self”
The Ideal Candidate:
️Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
️ Passionate about supporting children with Autism
️ DBS on the update service (or willing to apply)
️ Proactive, enthusiastic, and ready to make a difference!
