The successful Contracts Manager will be based in London/Surrey will have experience in the procurement of construction / infrastructure maintenance / soft and hard business / building services subcontracts and materials.
* The Construction Procurement Manager will be fully committed team worker who is able to communicate and implement procurement policy and process throughout the organisation.
* Delivery focused, with the ability to organise, take ownership of problems and ensure effective solutions.
